Greetings,

It's me again, the advertising spokesperson for the Thanksgunmen project,
with an update to a post I made earlier. Just like last time I appologize for
the major cross post.

The Thanks Gunmen Ad is going very well. We have a few drafts done and they are
looking good. We have really gotten together and put something together that we
can be proud of.

I would like to thank any and all of you taht may have donated in one form or
another. As for money...Right now we have $1,450 of our estimated goal
($1,695). We are almost there but still need a little bit more.

Just another note about what will happen with the extra money we collect....

How payment will work: Kim will transfer all the money from PayPal to her
checking account, which will take a few days. Then she will write a check, and
send that off. She's am going to allow about 8 days for all this, which means we
should have all the funds by this Thursday (and we will!). All donations that
might come in after, we will deal with for our charity. Just to let everyone
know, Kim is keeping accurate records of who has donated what, so she will make
sure all donations will either go to the ad or to charity.


There is one other issue we would appreciate help with as well that does not
involve money...

We need to resolve the "yes put S. Modeski in there/no focus on the
guys/if Modeski is in there, then Kimmy needs to be in there, too"
issue (the "if Modeski gets in, then Kimmy needs to be in was
mentioned last night" and I think it's a fair proposition, so Mel's adding it.)

Mel (Pyrts) has created a poll for this. (In the polls section of our list
group) You have today and tomorrow to vote on it. You won't see the results as
you vote, but final totals
will be published on the list group.
