I saw the first few minutes of Quarantine on my
TiVo last night. It was the correct one and had Britt
in the first few minutes. As an added bonus, it also
had Teryl Rothery in it. (Captain Janet Frasier from
Stargate SG-1).

I can't say that Quarantine was
Britt's best work. Her character was a little lifeless
and depth free, at least what I've seen of it so far.
I don't understand why they don't give Britt better
roles or let her act to her potential all of the time.
In my mind, she only had to use about 10% of her
talent to play that role. She really shines when she can
is given more difficult roles that actually require
good acting.
She has a few projects in the works: a movie
called "Wasted" and another called "Inertia"; also a TV
show called "Beyond Belief". No broadcast dates have
been given yet for any of these programs.

Check

The guide must have incorrect information then because my TiVo says that she is
in that movie. Of course it wouldn't be the first time that TMS got movies
mixed up. I'll record it and check it out.
The "Quarantine" movie listed on the USA channel is not the one with Britt.
It's an earlier film made in 1990.

Britt's movie stars Harry Hamlin as
the President, and was released last year.

Yes, I just saw it last night. I had it on my
ReplayTV and didn't realize that Britt was in it. Normally
my ReplayTV searches for Britt and records whatever
she is in, but because I normally record OuterLimits
anyway, it didn't flag it as being Britt, so I didn't
watch it for a few days.

I was very surprised
because I didn't know she had done an Outer Limits. When
her name came up, "Britt Irvin," I wasn't sure it was
going to be her, but I was very happy to see her. Once
again she did a really good job. She seems to be put
into the more difficult roles, I guess because she has
the looks and talent to pull off roles that other
people who can play 14 year-olds can't.
I guess that is true. I first saw Brittney in
Stargate SG-1 "Learning Curve" and I was really impressed
with her. She was only about 12 at the time, but her
acting was very professional. I doubt very many 12 year
olds could have pulled of that part. They did a good
job casting it with her.

I guess it is hard
getting work for someone her age, I just hope that she
can get a good movie part or two in the near future.
It's not that Brittney is uninteresting; she just
doesn't get the publicity she deserves. Her work is
rarely shown on TV, which is a shame because viewers
don't get a chance to admire her talents. I hope her
new project ("Wasted") is finished soon, so it would
give us something to discuss.
The film Brittney Irvin has a part in Back off bitch he's mine has been canceled

devoted to this multi-talented actress! Brittney is
beginning to receive the recognition she deserves.
I
first saw Brittney when I was channel-surfing one
afternoon back in 1999, and happened to come in on a scene
from PAX-TV's "Little Men" series that featured her. I
was captivated immediately!!
Because of the lack
of information about her, I decided to set up my own
website. You can check it out my going
