I just watched that episode on video last night. I like to watch them often. The episode is titled "SHARKS". The blond girl is an ex-girlfriend that dumped Keith twice and he dumped her once. They don't give the title of the song or who sings the song in the ending credtis, but it sounds almost like the title would be called "LEARNING".
