for quality submissions to be considered for acceptance and
funding. This unique model offers an unprecedented opportunity for

producing film.

to get your movie made. The 5 best projects from each region will
be chosen for development under the FILMTies.com model. Beginning
in late August/early September, selected projects will enter the

first of its kind, and will be also offered to CA film schools as a
Stepping Stone project in which student filmmakers vie for the
opportunity to learn the art of filmmaking start to finish in live
