I think that barbarella was an important film of it's time and
although it would be lower level if Fonda wasn't starring, it'd
still be remembered and still be a cult (as long as whoever did it
carried off the performance inthe same way).

I don't see Scarlett as barbarella as all. She's sexy, but not in an
actively seductive way (if you know what i mean) more an incidental
way. Also, her voice doesn't sound like barbarella to me. It's quite
deep and a little husky and i image her more light and innocently
sexual.

Hmmm, think i've thought about this too much....
