Initially conceived for my AOL-user friends, to whom sent emails are returned/bounced back (if I include URLs to sites on the real Internet, outside the AOL environment), I realize[d] that such a Yahoo! Group would also help Announce Stuff (upcoming releases, film festival screenings, current work and projects), et al to *all* my friends, relations and acquaintences as well (maybe even one day.... fans [bg]....)!
RECOMMENDATION:
Under Email Notices you might prefer to select Daily Digest (if you want to follow any posts) or Special Announcements (if you only want Project Announcements).
I will endevour also to keep updated my Calendar in this group as I do with my online http://calsnet.com/realbadger event calendar, though only Public Stuff will have Reminder Notices (films screenings, TV airings, etc.: auditions and shoot dates I do add to the calendar won't have Reminders posted or sent out).
I am also open to suggestions and recommendations.

[eg, anyone I notice to Clearly Be Spamming (and I don't know the poster personally and/or didn't invite same), that member's capability to post is *gone*/removed, without notice, moderated until I think otherwise.]

While I generally won't mind fellow actors promoting their own screenings and projects and (certainly) valid casting notices, *PLEASE* do not use this as a forum to promote stuff that is or even could give the *appearance* of spam.
