DRIVE-IN AFTER DARK.
Welcome patrons to the monthly themed DOUBLE FEATURE movie event. The rules are simple. Following the theme of the month all of you that wish to take part need only submit a nomination of a double feature for that month's themed showing to take place anytime you wish during the last week of the month. You can start nominating anytime and can continue to do so right through the end of the second week. The third week we'll make a poll of all your double feature requests and you can all vote on the winner. The fourth week you find some time, anytime, to watch one or both of the films. Then come back here and we'll talk about them. Don't worry about spoilers as these discussions will be open and for those of you that haven't seen the films at all...then you'd best get a move on. :)

THIS MONTH'S DOUBLE FEATURE THEME:

RE-ANIMATED. This includes all genre related films having been made using animation. Stay away from the stop motion films like the Harryhausen features and the Tim Burton eye candy as we've a month devoted to those movies sometime in the future. So, stick with either computer animation or the films done the old fashion way. We'll include a wide range here patrons. You can include films like SIN CITY, and those hero films that Marvel has done like THE AVENGERS, IRONMAN, and DR. STRANGE etc. Scifi would work too, movies like THE IRON GIANT AND TITAN A.E. Don't forget that Mike Mignola has two HELLBOY animated films as well. Disney films will be accepted too as long as they have a darker side to them like SNOW WHITE and THE BLACK CAULDRON.
So let's add a little four colour action to the line-up this month. Get your nominations in. REMEMBER IT'S A DOUBLE FEATURE.
