Description

Welcome to 'A Screenwriters Workshop.'

This is a non-threatening group where beginning and experienced screenwriters can have their work critiqued by their peers. There are no restrictions, however I ask that members try participate in discussions and give feedback whenever possible. The group survival really does depend on all of our participation.

Scene submissions should be limited to 1 to 5 pages. You can place your scenes in the appropriate folder located in the Files section.

We will have one feature screenplay each month for feedback. The script and feedback must be submitted to me for posting. Within one week after the feedback has been posted the script will be deleted from the folder.

I will be posting a weekly logline for those that want to write a practice scene for feedback. However you can always post your own scene from a work in progress anytime and up load them in the appropriate folder or just post them and people can give feedback here without going through the host.

When giving constructive feedback please try to be courteous and point out the positive as well as the negative. The object is to critique the material not the screenwriter.

Feel free to ask questions and bring up new topics for discussion. If you are new to the group please take a minute to introduce yourself.

Regards,

Dan Guardino

Screenwriter/Producer/Chief Script Consultant for Rolling Seas Productions.
