Religion is an intensely personal thing and it is in very bad taste
to force ones views on others without being invited to give an
opinion. I hate all that missionary zeal too. I actually dont think
God thinks much of religion at all, since it really has nothing to do
with Him. Just remember that we've been making these up since the
begining of time to explain natural phenomenon and our natural sense
of the Other. (Some say this is an illusion brought on by having a
bicameral brain, but i'm not totally convinced of that either.)
I think what matters is how we practice what we preach. Dont preach
it, live it , I say, or shut the hell up!
I was brought up a Baptist and a Mormon so I understand how you
feel. I dont mind dipping my toe in the pool on occasion, but I dont
want to be pushed into the deep end!
This is not the place for all of that, there are other sites for
that. Lets jsut stick to our Tony.
What's he up to these days? I'm drooling for a new movie from him.
Does anyone know if he has a movie coming out in Sept? I'd like to
know so I can try to arrange to be in NY that week, in hopes of
catching a glimpse.
Bethany, I have not yet given up hope for our trip! A Tony
sighting would be the max! What a great birthday present that would
be! Virgo's and Capricorns get along well, woohoo! Tony is one cool
kitty of a Capricorn!
