Andy's birthday is coming up quickly - July 19.

For those of you who would like to send cards and/or presents, they can be

In lieu of a a present, donations can be made to your favorite charity in
Andy's name.

In order to get the cards/gifts to him for his birthday, please send them so
they are received by July 15.
