The Regulators List will soon be announcing a raffle. The Grand Prize will be
an autographed script from an episode of The Magnificent Seven.

Since the script was provided by Andy, members of the Andy Kavovit Fan Club
will get bonus tickets for entering the raffle, however, this will only apply
to those who joined the Fan Club before the raffle was announced. This would
be anyone with a Member Number lower than 245. If you are getting this
message, then, you qualify.

I will send more details concerning the raffle as soon as they are available.
I hope one of you wins it (okay, I'm partial, can't help it, I love you
guys!!!)

Hey folks!

I had a brief conversation with Andy on Saturday. He's VERY busy and VERY
excited because ... monday he leaves for a one month stay in HAWAII to film the
pilot for "Lessons Learned," a new HBO series.

I don't know if the series is a sure thing, or if it's a "wait to see how the
pilot is received" thing, but Andy is really excited about this project, as
those of you who have read his note on the webpage Wall already know. I'm sure
he'd be quite happy to do a few seasons of this show. It remains to be seen
where the series will be shot after the pilot -- often times, locations change,
usually for budget/staffing reasons. Then again, Southern California isn't
known for it's South East Asian-esque flora, so it's anybody's guess at this
point where they might end up.

That's all from here. More news as I get it!

Hi all

There are a few chances to see Andy on TV coming up in the next few days!

TERROR IN THE FAMILY will air on the USA Network on Saturday, Oct 14th, at 3
pm Eastern. Andy has a supporting role in this one, with lots of scenes, and,
we get to hear him sing a little bit.

TRIAL BY FIRE will be shown on LIFETIME on Sunday, Oct 15th at 6 pm Eastern.
Andy has a key role in this film, and gives a stunning performance in
flashback scenes as a high school student who committed suicide after
allegedly being molested by a teacher. You can watch this one right after....

THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN - "Manhunt" which is scheduled to air on TNN at 5 pm
Eastern (also on the 15th, but you can never be sure with TNN!). Andy has
some fun scenes in this one!

TNN should also air the MAGNIFICENT SEVEN 2-hr premier on Thursday, November
2nd, at 9 pm Eastern

If you have HBO, you might want to keep an eye out for news of their upcoming
production LESSONS LEARNED. Andy was recently cast in a leading role in this
Vietnam War series. 13 episodes are currently planned, and will begin filming
some time this month.

And finally, just an admin note - this account is receiving quite a bit of
"spam" e-mail, much of which I am deleting unread. If you send a message to
this account, PLEASE put Andy's name or initials in your subject line so that
I know it's from someone in the fan club, and don't mistakenly delete it
without opening it!

Just a reminder to those who haven't seen it that VH-1 will be showing The
David Cassidy Story tonight. Check local listings for the time. It should be
aired twice in a row, and will be repeated on Saturday. Andy plays 70's rock
star David Cassidy, and he's excellent (and oh so CUTE!). This film
originally aired on January 9th of this year, so it's recent, and unlike a
similar film that was produced by ABC, this one was co-produced by David
himself, and he selected Andy for the role. Those of you who remember David
Cassidy <don't hide - we know you are out there LOL!> will be amazed at how
accurately Andy captures his mannerisms and facial expressions. If you listen
closely, you will even get to hear him sing in one scene. ;-D

Hello everyone --

I talked to Andy today!! He was quite busy, so we didn't get to talk as
in-depth as I would have liked, but I'm pleased that he was able to spend as
much time as he did.

First of all, Andy wanted me to say hello to everyone from him, so HELLO!!

Andy has confirmed the information up on The Internet Movie Database about
G-S.P.O.T.; actually, he wasn't even aware that info had been posted yet -- had
he known, he said, we would have been the first to know. But, at the moment,
that is the line-up for the film. They are still in the throes of trying to
secure all their financing -- it's been a lot of "Yes, we have it! No, we
don't." And "Well, we've got 80% secure, no make that 40%." Apparently this is
perfectly normal for independent films -- go figure -- though it is still
frustrating for all involved. Anyway, point being, as long as they can secure
their financing by the end of the year, those are the actors they have signed.
Of course, if the financing doesn't come through, then things will be up in the
air again. Ah, life in Hollywood.

Still no new news on "The Meeksville Ghost," except that it will definitely be a
cable TV movie (most likely the Disney Channel) -- not a theatrical release. As
soon as Andy hears anything about an air date, he promised to let us know.

The big news of the day -- and you KNOW there had to be some, right? -- is that
at the end of the month, he will have a small (but "real good," Andy says) role
in a feature film for Paramount. The film is a star-studded remake of "It's A
Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" called "Rat Race." (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0250687
-- though Andy isn't listed.) If it's half as good as the original film, it
will be something to see!! With filming occurring at the end of the month, I
doubt this will be in theaters before next spring or summer.

Finally, and this is just between us ... Andy has been auditioning for a role in
a new series for HBO. He has his final audition with the network next week --
it's between Andy and some other actor, whom he didn't name -- and he should
know within a couple of weeks if he's got the part! Keep your fingers crossed
for him -- Andy sounds very excited!! The role, he says, is a substantial one
in an ensemble cast about Vietnam soldiers.

So, that's all from LA-la land. More news as it happens!

Andy's episode of FULL HOUSE (Prom Night) will air on TBS, Tuesday July 18th
(that's the day *before* his birthday) 5:35 Eastern, 2:35 Pacific.

For those of you who haven't seen it, Andy's young in this episode! I think
this was the first thing he did after leaving As The World Turns and coming to
Hollywood. Just check out the hair!! ;-)

Not his best work, he claims, but I think he did a good job with what they gave
him. The episode description is "D.J.'s date is voted prom king with his old
girlfriend as queen." Andy plays the prom queen's date. He said it was a
little weird kissing Candace Cameron who played D.J. -- I think she was 16 and
he was 21 -- but that's Hollywood for ya!

Kerri Russell also guests as the girlfriend of Bud!

Midkiff (Buck) will be airing tomorrow (July 3rd) beginning at 9 AM with the

This Wednesday's regularly scheduled episode will be "Achilles" which got
several TV critics to stand up and take notice of Andy when it was aired on
CBS, and for good reason. If you haven't seen it, you are in for a treat!

All times are Eastern, so check your local schedule if you live in another

2 hours to 8 pm for the month of July. The show will return to the 10 pm slot

Greetings all!

As per usual, whenever I talk to Andy, I always let you know. Well,
we had a *very* brief conversation today.

Andy is still embroiled in getting G.S.P.O.T. going -- they are very
close to being ready to shoot, and I will certainly let you know as
soon as he lets me know when that will be. Andy says he's quite
excited with the actors who have been lined up, and as soon as the
deal is set, that info will be passed along as well.

But, the big news, the currently really exciting news, is Andy has
just returned from South Africa!! He has spent the last month there
making a Disney film with Judge Reinhold -- I believe this is a
made-for-the-Disney-channel movie. It's called "The Meeksville
Ghost." I do not know when it is scheduled to air, but as soon as we
find out we'll let you know. Andy said that he thought South Africa
was very beautiful. He had a good time filming, and he said that
Judge Reinhold is very nice. He even promised to send pictures which
will go up on the website as soon as we receive them. Again, we'll
let you know.

Finally, for those of you who would like a non-M7 Andy fix, his
episode of _Married With Children_ ("Radio Free Trumaine") will be
airing on Wednesday 7/12 at 10:30pm on the FX network -- this episode
also guest-stars Keri Russell from "Felicity."

ALSO: According to the currently posted schedule, TNN has moved The
Magnificent Seven up two hours to 8pm Eastern for the month of July, and
POSSIBLY for tonight (6/21). There are conflicting schedules depending on
where you look, so be ready to watch at 8 even though it may not be on until
10. Tonight's episode will be repeated on Sunday at 5 pm Eastern. There will
not be an episode shown next Wednesday, but on Monday, July 3rd, TNN will be
airing a Great Western Shoot-out Marathon beginning at 9 am Eastern during
which they will air Lady Killers, Achilles, Obsession and the 2-hour pilot.
Achilles will be repeated at 2 am on July 4th.

If you would like it to appear in a certain color, or if you want a

Hey, good news!

My tv guide says that "The Great Mom Swap" will be airing on ABC this
Saturday (5/20) at 3pm. Check your local listings!!

I love this movie. I think it's just too adorable. And Andy -- who
has a supporting role -- is, well, perfect!

(You may notice the red-head is now the daughter on Disney's "Honey I
Shrunk The Kids" tv show and her blonde, cheerleader, best-friend is
the daughter on the tv show "Movie Stars," also starring Anne Haney
who played Casey's aunt Nettie Wells on Mag 7 -- what a small world!)

And since I'm writing, I might as well add this: the People Produce
Films project Andy is working on is coming along -- they're still
casting and stuff, but shooting should begin in a few weeks. Andy is
VERY excited about the film and is really looking forward to
directing. Oh, and if you visit the www.peopleproducefilms.com,
you'll notice the movie has a new working title. It was S.P.O.T.
Now it's G.S.P.O.T. -- I think they've added a Girl to their Swank,
Poet, Old man, and Thespian.

We have gotten quite a few requests from folks asking what they can do to

There is a large mailing list, the M7 Regulators, which is devoted entirely

If you would like to find out more about it, first, then visit the Regulators

Their home page has some of their past efforts, and also has ways you can

this excellent show back into production, and it won't cost you anything but

couple of lines, as someone's date to the junior prom. He was 23 at the time,
but he barely looks 16 -- it has to be the hair. ;-) I believe it was the first
thing he did after leaving _As The World Turns_. Thank goodness it wasn't the
last!

Just a reminder that the Nashville Network (TNN) is now airing Andy's series
The Magnificent Seven on Wednesday and Sunday evening. Great show, with Andy
playing a wonderful character!

Thanks to all of you who have written nice letters to Andy about The David
Cassidy Story and The Magnificent Seven.

Andy does try to read all of his mail, but as you can imagine, he gets a lot
of it and isn't always able to answer every single letter. This is not to say
that you will never hear from him - you just might!

But, sending him repeated letters, or the same letter over and over again is
only going to make his mailbox even more full and decrease the chance that
he'll have time to respond to anyone, so please, don't do this. Also, if you
have questions about Andy, please check his website first, because the answer
you are looking for (such as "What have you done before?") might already be
there. If it isn't, perhaps Bonnie <paloma@...> or I can help,
and we'll be happy to, so long as our answer will not violate the privacy of
Andy or his family in any way - that's a big no-no with us ;-)

Thanx for your help!
