I had to spend a bit of time to think about this, but here is my view:

I think we should extend the deadline on the fundraiser. The wedding
isn't until either Feb 2008, so if we were to cut the fundraising off
say either the end of Nov. or Dec. it should give our wonderful ladies
who are doing the book time to get it together for our happy couple.
Please correct me if I am wrong, ladies.

Right now there are many people taking holidays so they are using
their free time for those. Once holidays are over, everyone will be
more focused on the fundraiser. And we can use the time to do another
wave or two of reminders.
