      I am looking for people to read my hot-off-the-press comedy screenplay and

give feedback. It is draft Number 2. It's topical, so I need to get it completed

ASAP.



Here is an overview. I have it copyrighted.



Wall Street – Main Street



A super-wealthy, arrogant, Wall Street banker – Montague Steed - is enjoying the

high life. He pumps up his bank's profits by taking on risky debt, thus

maximizing the bank's short term profits and his bonuses. He knows that this

will lead to disaster in time. He makes $517 million in his time as CEO.

	 The bank goes bankrupt much sooner than he ever expected. He testifies before

congress on the bankruptcy. His wife and mistress turn their backs on him. He is

tried. The judge gives him massive fines, making him broke.  He sentences him to

work in a convenience store, as a clerk, for 5 years, in a working class town.

If he is fired or quits, he will have to do the 5 years in a maximum security

prison.

	 He starts his job, working under the assistant manager Josh, an ill-tempered

asshole, whose father used to work at Steed' bank but was laid off. His parents

got a mortgage from Steed's bank with little money down, which they can no

longer afford to pay. Because of all this, they cannot afford to send Josh to

college, so Josh makes Steed's life a living hell, trying to make him quit, and

get sent to prison.

	 The movie is Clerks meets Wall Street.

I agree the name is a bit ridiculous. Is he an ex porn actor turned wall street

tycoon? You also do not state what crime he committed. Investing in risky debt

is not a crime. Have you done any research on financial crimes and possible

sentencing guidelines? Under normal circumstances financial crimes fall under

federal guidelines and he would be doing time in a minimum security federal

"resort" prison.



Interesting concept, but I think it needs a bit more depth.

the first time. We would have quite a dilemma is Steven Spielberg applied to

us directly ( we have been minor ( low 2 digit ) equity partners in some of

his movies)We offer only equity finance for feature films and repayable

grants for documentaries .Finance is available almost immediately once the

producer (s)/ directors are profiles. *



*This is the soft option. Producers can also come to Geneva for 3 days –

pitch their proposal in a time slot of 1/2 hours – wait  48 hours while

their proposal is been considered  and if viewed favorable negotiations will

start on day three and may continue for a number of days. Bring your lawyer

with you.  The alternative to spending $3000 to $8000 is this soft option .

One passed first base all costs will be on us.*



*Decisions to finance a project are made 40% on the script , 10% on the

personnel recruited  and 50% on the profile we give each producer based on

the below.*



*We have an unusual and unorthodox model in profiling producers that

movies and documentaries. We have not financed a feature length movie in

over two years that has not broken even and 89 have made more than 100%

unusual but equally our success rate too. Humor our analysts. We will not

subject you to the name profiling again. Investments in feature movies and

documentaries is by no means a major investment activity of the company but

it has over the last 2 years had the highest ROI.*



*With our Group the key is to get to first base. We have a very unusual and

sophisticated econometric models and software program with an equally

sophisticated  algorithm that mixes a lot of criteria including  artistic

appreciation ( subjective but the analysis is done by 5 PhD film and

documentary physiologists) but places maximum importance on the project

proposal- script  on auxiliary products ( tie in  product lines – not

essential but just an idea- the very least is a t-shirt and farmable

advertising poster which we sell through our large EBay operation). We have

not invested in a feature film that has not broken even for over 2 years and

even TV documentaries have basically broken even for the last 2 years using

our contacts with major TV stations ( in some we have minority equity

holdings).. We send this letter to all first timers looking for finance. The

number of theatres we have an interest in is over 31,287 and the number of

feature length movies and documentaries is now over 357. Only 87 really has

a well known brand name above the line. We are currently buying up movie

theaters in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Singapore,

Indonesia, and the Philippines and have just reached long term agreement

with the major chain of Australian Movie theaters.*



*TV documentaries are also sold as standalone packages via an Ebay operation

and retail outlets we either own or have a long term agreement with. This

includes Walmark, Marks and Spencer, Harrods and Tower Records and other

major retailer around the world. It costs no more than $1.75 ( sometimes

cheaper) to manufacture a DVD in our huge China operation and normally They

retail at $14.99 or $9.99 with a 30% profit going to the retailer. Every

copy is assigned a unique serial number and manufacturing operation is

completely transparent and audited by a Big Four Auditor.*



*.Documentaries are financed by one of our 3  large Foundations- there is no

real profit motive in the grants given but any profits are split 50:50  and

the producer retains 100% of the copy rights. Equally the producer retains

100% of the copyright on feature length movies but any profits made or split

per the term sheets relating to producing the film, tie ins to the film and

distribution agreements. We are definitely not greedy but it is essential

the feature film and TV documentary producer get to first base – no matter

what he / she thinks of our unusual business approach.*

20c.**In the US Supreme Court case Rowman versus Universal Studios- the

Court rules that copying a DVD for non commercial use ( it specifically

elaborated sales) does not constitute a violation of the copyright of the

DVD. Other major studios attached themselves to the universal Studio

petition including SKG, Fox, Disney and Pixtar. The Court ruled unanimously

9 to 0 permitting limited copying of DVD s and software programs. Retail

specializes in serial killer movies and a print out

fromboxofficemojo.comand have committed ourselves to financing his

next 6 movies. Another example

  18 (copied DVD's) from a director/ producer who specializes in early 19th

and 18th century saga movies based on such writers as Henry James and

Charles Dickens. We have committed ourselves to financing his next 8 movies.

We also have recently committed ourselves to financing a series of 40

animated education programs made for TV (here we simple expect the series to

break even) and if educational we are prepared to incur a loss (but we are

not prepared to fund TV programs for children that contains mindless

violence). European Investment Group is not greedy and is very active in

education around the world via our offshore Foundations. We recently

committed our selves to 8 animation feature films and up to 3 sequels or

similar feature films from 4 different companies, 3 in the US,  1 in  India

and 1 in the UK. The all sent a selection of great animation DVDs of Disney,

SKG and Pixtar and a few independent producers. WQe do not have a DVD

library so we need physical DVDs.What we are asking should not be a problem.

We now have 42 investments in what is broadly called Bollywood,$ in

Nollywood and 1 in Tollywood- the rest are either Hollywood or Independent

Producers. Most of the movies we finance are US producers and 70% are

relatively unknown.*



*Our Foundations support educational programs and especially historical

documentaries either by out right grants or interest free loans We do expect

to receive examples of the producers work or alternatively again a selection

of DVD feature length movies or TV documentaries that the producer most

admires. With regard to Historical Documentaries they can be feature length

budget  greater than $10 million but have started now on lower budgets as

well. He takes all the administration issues off your shoulders. He is not

always full time. It depends on how many movies we are financing at once.*
