Jeff,
Go to www.atalentscout.com. They host a TV Contest
and give samples of pilot presentations. You'll need
to write a pilot presentation and the premiere
episode. Go to www.scriptcity.com and purchase one or
two TV scripts. Unlike screenplays, TV specs are
written to be shot. There's no scene #'s but
everything else is included such as Act breaks
(there's 4), etc.
Keep in mind that in order to be taken serious in TV
(I know I've sold two TV specs) you need at least
three (3) TV Spec contest placements if you're
unknown. However, if your Uncle works for the
networks then I guess you won't have to worry about.
Feel free to email at bscreen2000@... if you
have any further questions or would like a few sample
scripts.
