Bruce Lucas Films is a small, independent production company in New York
looking for completed feature length scripts to produce.


We are specifically looking for 3 types of stories:


1) A completed feature thriller/mystery script with a Hitchcock style.
We are interested in stories that are suspenseful and simplistic with a
gradual build in the suspense. We are not interested in gore or
women-in-jeopardy or serial killers. Stories must be more character
driven and psychological. Something similar to "North by Northwest".
Basically, ordinary people plunged into extraordinary situations.


2) A completed feature family-oriented Fantasy script in the style of ET
& It's a Wonderful Life.


3) A completed feature Drama script. A story that is exciting and that
moves forward well.


4) We would NOT be interested gore, numerous locations or sets, casts of
thousands or over-the-top special FX.


5) NOTE: In some cases we will also consider Action or Adventure or
Science Fiction stories as long as they are also suspenseful and
simplistic, adhere to the above specifications and can be kept within a
reasonable budget.
Budget will be between $1-2 million. WGA and Non-WGA writers welcomed.

We will pay minimum amounts for option and pay standard fee's should
the picture get made and sold.

Although we are looking for completed scripts, please submit only a
synopsis or a brief summary.
