Not a silly question: it is the same history since it
does include a crossover with the 3 Kims which you in
fact commented on yourself. More specifically, the 4
Jills appear at the same periods as the 3 Kims,
because they are using similar equipment which travels
in the same units, and they are in fact using the
Mayan Scale out of Ezcalli (About 3000 to 4000 AD).
The Ezcalli period is the Buck Rogers period, is
controlled by the (Techno-) Mongols and their Aztec
allies and it is where the characters gain access to
the timetravel-equipment (as also does CHRON) The AI
tanks also operate out of that period, as one of their
secondary bases.
