A couple of posts wondered why Olive did not have a complete
biography. Unfortunately, the life of Olive Thomas is not the
easiest to document.

As an example, I just came across my third address for Olive as a
child and am certain there will be a fourth. This also means two
different cities and towns and there will more than likely be a
third. Think about what this means for Olive and her education, her
family life and her friendships and how that would affect her in the
future.

It is also difficult to find information and then determine if it is
accurate. Most biographical information cannot agree upon her age.

Her life was unusually tragic, by any standards and some families do
not want to relive the pain. Understanding their grief, it does make
it difficult to develop an accurate biography
