I just uploaded a scan of the page from a 1916 book, "Celebrated Actor
Folks' Cookeries" - (A Collection of The Favorite Foods of Famous
Players), published in 1916, by Mabel Rowland, Inc., 1482 Broadway,
New York City.

The recipe is from page 179 - Olive Thomas - Breast of Chicken A La
Follies.
