Thanks to resources on the internet (Bride Index and Groom Index to NYC
Marriages), I
found the marriage date and certificate number for Olive Thomas and Jack
Pickford.

She's listed in the Bride Index as Oliveretta Duffy, and he's listed in the
Groom Index as
John Charles Smith, married in Manhattan, January 18, 1918. The certificate
number is
2075.
