Hey I just came across your group, pretty cool!
My great grandfather, Michael James Duffy (1893-1970) was Ollie's
brother. I had always planned to do research "someday" on my family's
history but, when I saw the recent documentary by Sarah Baker and Andie
Hicks, I was compelled to start looking now. That's how I found you
guys!
I was surprised to see two of Ollie's relatives in the film and have
since been in contact with one of them. The reason I'm here is to find
out how many other Duffys are out there and to, hopefully, find more
info on the family.
I noticed that there was a David who thought that he might be related.
Please get in touch and let's see if we can figure it out. I would have
contacted you directly but, despite being only 33, I have the computer
savvy of an 80 year-old and couldn't figure out how.
