Hi Everyone -

Well, the book is getting printed as I type so I'm going out on a limb here and
predicting
its release much sooner than the previously mentioned May 30th. Something I
found out
yesterday was the book is now a soft cover with a retail of $39.95. Amazon are
still taking
pre orders on a hard cover at $45 but those of you who've so kindly made a pre
order will
only be charged $39.95, right before the book is shipped. McFarland didn't
inform me of
the change and I don't know why they made it. I've since e-mailed them but no
reply yet.
I'd prefer the book to retail for $5 more and be a hard cover but so many of
these
important publishing decisions just don't fall to the author. The lack of
control is a little
frustrating, to say the least...

Anyway, just wanted to update you all.
