I have the original who' who in film 1920 it is arrainged by
studios not actors names maybe why thats the mix up. I payed a
pretty big amt for that book then an original eith lillian gishes
autograph sold for at least 100 dollars less aghhhhhh!!! suzy

Got the April 1995 issue of Classic Images which had an article about Olive in it. Apart from mis-stating that she and Jack were staying at the Crillon hotel...

I figured it might've been. Did your copy have a table of contents? Or chapter headings? Mine seems to be berift of such reading conveniences. At least it has...
