I've run this by Tracker on how to get the plot going, but I have an
idea. It's good enough to get things started. I'm not going to
provide an entire plot, but the framework for one and let you guys
fill in the meat on this beast.

There's been a murder locally, and no one seems to know anything about
it. A man (presumably in his 30's but that's open for alteration) has
been found dead, and picked over by wolves and other scavengers (Bear
too). The locals fear that the packs of wolves in the area may be to
blame. The evidence of the murder has been tampered with because of
animal involvement. This is providing an excuse for the locals to
grab their guns and cull the wildlife back. Since the local wolf
faction already hates the humans, it's looking like conflict will
ensue. Human characters can have some relationship with the victim.
Other humans with ties to the animals, could want to try and quench
the anger toward the wolves. Animal characters could be itching for a
fight and wanting to give as good as they've been getting.

Dangling plots will need to be taken care of by each characters
owner's discretion, if that's what they want.
