Forwarding message from Bob and Sue White (with one correction):

Details regarding the shooting of "The Midas Sack of Flour" were
discussed resulting in a decision to wait imtil 2009 to begin
production. With regard to next year we have asked Access to allow us
to rent the Jamestown Room on the second Thursday of each month in
2009 as we have in the past.

They submitted our request to the City Park Staff who do the
scheduling for rooms at the Coloma Community Center. Good news, we can
continue to meet in 2009 at the same time and same room as last year.

Because so many members will be away we have decided to cancel the
December 2008 meeting. Access Sacramento has been advised of this
decision.

Our next meeting will therefore be on Thursday January 8, 2009 in the
Jamestown Room at 7PM.
