We shot the blue screen footage for Jack's fall through the sky today
at the Access Sacramento Studios. Herb was our camera operator and
Bob and Sue were there to act as grips and supervisors. West Ramsey
came during his lunch break to play Jack and did everything we asked
which meant assuming some rather undignified positions on the floor.
We are very fortunate to have him for the role.

Thank you to all who came and helped and thank you to Access
Sacramento, especially Ron Cooper who made it possible for us to film
on a Friday and to Bem who helped me rig the lighting.

There is still no word on when we can shoot in Volcano. I still
haven't heard from Anthony. West will be sending me some resumés of
some possible replacements. I will look at them and go from there.
