Dear Sue & Bob,

As Chairman of the 2006 Ten Best of the West Contest,
I'm soliciting your help to promote the competition in
your part of the USA. Local clubs seem to have lost a
lot of vitality in recent years, and TBW is really
dependent on participation by club membes. So please
spread the word about the contest among your movie
making colleagues, and encourage them to submit an
entry. (And, of course, I invite you to submit an
entry yourself!)

A short, infomative document that tells about the
contest and provides internet links for more
information and to download application forms, is
attached ( Microsoft Word file). You can publish it in
your club newsletter, print it to provide hard copies
for handouts, or just use it as a reference source.

I will appreciate your help.
