Thursday April 13, 2006 is the date for the next SAMM Meeting, 7PM at Access Sacramento, Coloma School 46th and T \streets in the Jamestown Room.
We have enjoyed the excellent presentations of Duke McAdow, Steve Davis and Jeff Thompson. I hope other members will bring in their productions, complete or not, to be viewed.
Sue and I will bring in our newly acquired motorized tripod head which can be manipulated by remote control. Jeff Thompson has one of these and we are requesting that he bring his motorized head to the next meeting. Using this device he created unique and interesting shots of Bodie.
Erick Lorenz had been investigating tele-prompters and will bring us up to date on what he has discovered. Also Erick offered to the two Latino Men who are working on a Spanish version of a Time to Run several suggestions on re-editing the DVD to make the conversion to Spanish easier.
