Because the judges who will be judging the entries in the forthcoming Northern California Council Inter-club contest are unable to attend the 9-24-05 luncheon, it has been requested that our entry be mailed to Salvatore Tufo before 9-20-05 at the following address: 14 Portola Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080; phone (650) 588-6181. Sal will take the entries to the judges who will view them and select a winner. This method of judging is a departure from the past where the judges attended the luncheon .and viewed the entries along with those attending. A DVD entry is preferred.
The directions to the Veteran's Memorial Senior Center.where the interclub contest luncheon will be held:
FROM 280 - Exit at Woodside Rd; East to Velota Rd (the 4th traffic light); Turn left and continue on Velota to Madison (100 ft. before stop sign at Jefferson); Turn right on Madison and enter Center parking lot.
FROM 101 - Exit Woodside Rd; West to VElota Rd. (the 5th stop light poast El Camino overpass); Turn right on Velota and follow above directions from this point.
Hope to see all of you at the SAMM September meeting Thursday, 9-8-05 7PM at Coloma School, 46th and T Streets in the Jamestown room. We are hoping to see how much of "Moving Minnie" has been completed. Also bring your own DVDs or videos to share with the rest of us,
