Promoting Weight Loss and Fun, Access Sacramento To Broadcast
"The Joy
of Inline Skating" Television Series Throughout March 2005!
With two thirds of the American population overweight because of too
much food and not enough exercise, inline skating is part of the
solution. Inline skating is a fun, low-impact, aerobic exercise that
burns 570 calories an hour. If done correctly, with protective gear,
it is a safe sport that will bring back your childhood.
