We welcomed TD Trice programmer for Access SAacramento who gave us an excellent picture of the steps needed to get our videos broadcast on channels 17 and 18. TD has also consented to be one of our judges for the Filming for Fun Contest on Saturday April 23, 2005.
The menu for the Filming for Fun luncheon resulted in the following: The Sudwerk restaurant in Davis will provide a buffet which will feature pork roast and snapper as entrees with accompaniments of Caesar salad ,stir-fried vegetables and wild rice. We are asking Sudwerk if they can also provide a single scoop of ice cream for dessert. The total including tax and gratuity will come to 14 or 15 dollars. A final amount will be included, as well as the Sudwek address and map, when we submit the template to Bernard Wood.Beer and Wine are not included in the menu.
I am asking Bernard Wood to clarify whether or not the Northern Council will pick up the room cost which is $100.00 We are also requesting one of the bay area clubs to provide a projector and screen. SAMM has the equipment to project regular and super VHS taapes as well as DVDs..
