Yes, he did have a will, but according to his siblings, so far as they knew, the
will stated he was to be buried in Wales.

Switzerland was his home for many years. He and Sybil moved there shortly
before Kate was born to escape the crippling British taxes. But I think we all
know his heart never left Wales.

Personally, I wouldn't buy anything Sally Hay claims.

One of Wales most famous son's most definitely should have been
buried in his homeland. I'm sure his family as well as Richard would
have wanted that.
