Even seeing him in an interview Bonnie I think one has to view him a couple of
times to get the jest of it. I have just
viewed the other night his interview on the Merv Griffin show in 1974. He
wasn't easy to follow for me. Maybe because
he has a lot to say. He did look good during this interview that's for sure.
Funny how Merv mentioned before the interview
that Burton was in the hot seat that day of the interview because Elizabeth was
flying into Oroville, CA because she heard about a ring
he gave to a waitress. I wouldn't of wanted to be Burton when Elizabeth was
mad. Have you or anybody seen this Merv interview?

while. Anyway...yes, Spy is a very underplayed subtle performance. I admire him
for that and I do think it takes a few viewing to truly appreciate the
