Don't know if it's been answered, but there is a lot of info at findagrave.com.
I've always kind of promised myself that before I die, I'll make a trip to his
grave in Switzerland. Don't really know how likely that is but...

I had a friend who lived in Switzerland for a year and she promised to put
flowers on his grave. She set out with good intentions, but after a series of
small disasters (weather, missed transportation, etc.) she had to give up. I
thank her for trying.
