I don't know about "hate" but she could have been jealous of the relationship he
had with Elizabeth, or thought that she wasn't really good enough for him (or
she was a bad influence or something).

Good question! Does she? And if she does, why? Is she entitled to hate
Elizabeth? After all, Elizabeth was the greatest love of Richard. Could it be
other reasons why Sally would hate her? It's useless to hate her as long as
