I'm in the same boat you are, Tom. I know *exactly* what you're talking about,
but have no more info than you do. Sorry. My beat guess is, it simply is, what
it is. For some reason, he was asked to record this one song.

Hi Gang,I hope everyone of you are Ok and happy.
I hope someone can help me with a bit of info.
I have just downloaded a semi-talking,semi-singing track by our
Rich, called "A Married Man" and this track is unknown to me.I have
searched on the net for info on this track and all I can find out is
that it was issued on a flexi-disc in 1964 on the Show
label.Apparently it was from a musical called "Baker Street" and on
the flexi-disc it says "Richard Burton singing Dr Watsons Ode-A
Married Man"
In all the biogs and articles I have on Rich I can find no mention
of this track,or musical-any ideas gang?
Best wishes to you all,and lots of love Tom X
PS. It was great to see "The Robe" on British TV lately, and its not
even Easter, and "Bitter Victory" two weeks ago!! Well Done BBC,I
hope theres plenty more to come, how about a repeat of Melvyn
Braggs "In From The Cold" from the South Bank Show?
