'Twice Upon a Time' was passed uncut as a certificate U on 15th December 1952.

Just because a film gets a BBFC certiciate doesn't mean it is going to be
released but I would have thought it would be strange for a distributor to pay
for a film to go through the certification process if they were not going to
release it.
