Hello:
My name is Tara Roberts. I'm 19 years old and attend Georgia Southern
University. I'm so glad I discovered this email group. I've been a Peter
Lawford fan since September of 1999, actually since September 7, 1999 to be
exact! TCM was showing several of his movies on his birthday. I watched a
couple, and I've been a fan ever since. I had heard a little about him
because of my prior knowledge of the Rat Pack. I love Ocean's Eleven. So
far, I've got about 15 of Peter's movies. I've also collected some
magazines, photos, a couple of autographed items, and a few other things. I
have read both of the books written about him. I enjoyed the Spada book a
lot more than the book written by Patricia Seaton. I recently ordered the
autobiography of his mother, May. I know that they kind of had a stormy
relationship, so I'm curious to see what she had to say about him. Anyway,
I'm sorry this is so long! I just wanted to introduce myself to all of you,
and I'm looking forward to chatting with you!
