Liv,
Your best bet for Anna buckles would be to make them
yourself out of fimo or sculpey. They are very fancy
buckles, and there is no company out there (so far)
that makes them. You could inquire as to having them
specially made by a metal worker, but they would
probably cost you loads of money. Mine came out like
this with sculpey buckles:

However, I am in the process of remaking it with
heavier materials, and it's going to be a bit more
accurate.
