I'm not sure if these are necessarily "good" patterns
but I think these are the ones that you could use.
Simplicity 4479 has a similar bodice shape and full
skirt. It's supposed to be for a Phantom knock-off but
it's very similar to Anna's ballgown too. And
Simplicity 5457 could work if you didn't do all the
frills and such.
