Hey everyone--

There's a request over at the Strictly Ballroom group for a desktop
theme.  All I have is the one wallpaper at Paul's site.  I don't
really have time to work on a whole theme--but I think it would be a
great addition to the site.

Anyone have the technical and graphic chops to take this on?
