I wasn't into buffy or angel either when I found firefly (just before the big
damn movie came out)... I decided to give them both a try and now I love them
nearly as much... when you get around to it, look into buffy and then angel...

Hi All,I'm a brand-new fan to the Browncoats' universe. I saw Serenity on one of
the movie channels a couple of months ago, and was quickly drawn into the
stories and characters created by Joss Whedon.I never saw Firefly, and was never
a fan of Buffy or Angel (please pardon my lack of fan cred here). But now I own
the complete series DVD and the movie DVD, plus the RPG, plus a couple of the
related books.I'm aiming to be part of the 'verse for a while, and get to know
more about Firefly and those Big Damn Heroes.I live in Reston, Va. Anyone else
