HEre's a blogger review online, with some plot spoilers mixed in the review:

"Natalie (Sacha Horler) and Ross (Matt Day) learn earlier than they expected
just what those marriage vows, "in sickness and in health", imply."

Here's the link to another interview with Sarah Watt; apologies if I've already
posted it!

"MATT DAY, ACTOR: A lot of the people who've seen the film have said to me that
they watch it and there are scenes when they say, "I've had these exact same
conversations with my husband, wife, partner," you know."

...and here another short interview with Matt:

"As Matt's first role back in the country he is happy with the way the film has
turned out and assures us that it won't be the last we will be seeing of him
here.

"I am contracted to stay here. I just did a series for Showtime called Tangle,
so I am just waiting to see if that will go into a second year," he said."

Sarah Watt's style is to make what seem to be comedies, but which actually
harbour a serious intent. She's interested in some weighty ideas about how to
live a good life, what we need to make us happy and what's important.

script I was getting headaches, reaching for the aspirin and breaking into
sweats. I don't need much prompting to imagine the worst. But it does make you
think about what's important to you. I'm not ashamed to admit I probably went
through a bit of a conversion to optimism, working on this film. I was a little
more pessimistic about human nature and the way we are, but this made me think
things aren't as bad as what I'd imagined.

But I'm quite happy to take a step up, because the parts get a little more
interesting the older I get -- a move away from the boy stuff.

Country Practice, that was 20 years ago. I'm 37 now and I was 17 when I started
that. Even I find that difficult to believe. I suppose many actors don't start
until their mid-20s, so I had a bit of a head start.

reasonably good at, and, more importantly, other people thought I was reasonably
good at it too. You go with the flow when you're younger, I didn't put a great
deal of thought into it. You suddenly wake up 20 years later and find this is
now your career. But a lot of people experience that, a lot of us are probably
doing jobs that were decided by our 16-year-old selves.

sleeping with.

...and here a lil more info about Tangle from an interview with Justine Clarke
who was in Wonder World of Dissocia, and is also in Tangle:

"The vivacious and multi-talented entertainer has just finished wowing critics
and fans six nights a week in the STC's acclaimed The Wonderful World of
Dissocia.

Clarke was thrilled to be headhunted to play lead character Lisa by the theatre
company run by Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton.

Despite not returning home until 11pm, she still managed the school drop-offs
and pick-ups while the show was on.

"It's very gratifying to be in the position of being offered a role, not having
to audition, which is an actor's nightmare," she says. "It's nice to have a
working relationship with people; they know you work well, that you can be
trusted enough to deliver. You roll up your sleeves and get on with it. That's
the best part."

Clarke has also recently finished filming the Foxtel (Showtime) 10-episode
family drama Tangle, which also stars Ben Mendelsohn and Matt Day. It will be
shown in the second half of the year."

that was like a week's work for me, but that's kind of defined my career
forever, that guy on the beanbag. That's fine.

unlike that, except the people are a bit older and it now involves their teenage
kids. It's the parallel worlds of adults and teenagers, the moral dilemmas that
keep cropping up, and people sleeping with people they're not meant to be
sleeping with.

in the film part of your life growing up?

My mum was from a family of eight, and I remember standing around at the wake
with my brother and a bunch of uncles in a corner, and one goes, "Yeah, it's a
real shame", and another one goes, "Oh, don't worry, Sheeds'll get 'em up next
week". Of course, they were discussing the footy."

...and a lil more...

"Possibly the strongest drama line-up is on Foxtel's Showcase, which has new
seasons of Satisfaction, The Tudors and the brilliant Breaking Bad (the best
hard-boiled mayhem and murder show around). There's also Tangle, a commissioned
drama about two generations of colliding families, with Ben Mendelsohn, Matt Day
and Kat Stewart. It could be the new Love My Way."

...and a blogger review:

"Watt has a lot of contagious affection for Natalie and Ross and they are played
pitch-perfect by Sacha Horler and Matt Day. Rather than being a conflict or
`issues' film, it is more a series of small, gentle and perfectly-drawn moments
that make up a story, a marriage, and a life."

"...this 10-part series is so complex, so multi-layered, the dioroma may
actually help when it comes to following the relationships between the ensemble
cast of six which includes Matt Day as the romantic lead. Day returned recently
from working in Britain..."

Review of the TV series:

"Despite the plot possibilities, Tangle is driven by character, and more
particularly by flawed characters. These are suburban parents trying to find
meaning from everyday life."

http://www.tvtonight.com.au/2009/09/tangle.html

and

Interview with Kat Stewart of Tangle:

"With its emotional and domestic scenes, the 10-part drama, which also includes
Justine Clarke, Ben Mendelsohn and Matt Day, is already been branded as a
successor to Love My Way. It also comes from the same producer, John Edwards
(Rush, The Secret Life of Us, Dangerous)."
