Matt has a long and interesting acting career including roles in TV series A Country Practice (as Julian Luke Ross) and films Muriel's Wedding, Love and Other Catastrophes, award-winning Kiss or Kill, Shackleton, The Hound of the Baskervilles, And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself, Hell Has Harbour Views, Life Isn't All Ha Ha Hee Hee, The Blitz: London's Longest Night, Woody Allen's Scoop, and miniseries Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo.
He's also guest starred and starred on many TV series including Farscape: Look at the Princess trilogy, Hotel Babylon, The Message, The Chase, Spooks (MI-5), The Commander IV - The Devil You Know episode, The Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, The Informant, Tangle, Underbelly, and Rake.
He's also appeared in the movies Doing Time for Patsy Cline, The Sugar Factory, The Love of Lionel's Life, My Brother Jack, Muggers, and Green-Eyed Monster, and the short films This Marching Girl Thing, The Two-Wheeled Time Machine, and Fetch.
Matt has performed in several plays including Fred, Six Degrees of Separation, Man of the Moment, and The Wonderful World of Dissocia, along with radio roles for BBC in Shut Eye and Lucinda Brayford.
Matt directed the short films Wish, My Everything, and Beat.
