Production on "Waterfront" has been shut down with four episodes, including the pilot, completed. According to sources, the decision was based on creative reasons, high production costs and limited shelf space at CBS.
"Waterfront," from Warner Bros. TV, was a last-minute pilot pickup this past development season.
