Calling all Film Lovers!

Help! The Portland, Maine 48 Hour Film Project is seeking FOUR (4)
film-loving, enthusiastic, scrupulously ethical, detail-oriented
volunteers who are comfortable handling money and dealing with crowds to
help during competition events.

What We Need and When We Need It:

FRIDAY, AUGUST 15TH KICKOFF EVENT:
-volunteers will help sign in filmmakers arriving for the Kickoff and
assist in distributing and collecting team materials.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 17TH DROP OFF EVENT:
-volunteers will help collect media from filmmakers and make sure all
required forms and materials are handed in

THURSDAY, AUGUST 21ST GALA SCREENING AT CINEMAGIC WESTBROOK:
-volunteers will assist in selling tickets, distributing ballots and
pencils, collecting completed ballots, and (as needed) will assist
attendees coming into and leaving the theater

What You Get If You Volunteer:
-FREE tickets to the gala screening at Cinemagic Westbrook
-Swag from local businesses (still TBA, but we're working on it!)
-Good film karma
