Thank you to everybody who was able to make it to Brunswick's
Frontier Café yesterday for the "meet and greet" event. It
was great to see team leaders, actors, writers, photographers, and crew
volunteers making connections. In fact, it was so much fun, we're
doing it again!
Our second "meet and greet" event is happening next Wednesday, July 16th
from 4-7 p.m. at Portland's Empire Dine and Dance
(http://portlandempire.com/ <http://portlandempire.com/> ). Don't
miss this one – not only are there folks from yesterday's
"meet and greet" still looking to fill key positions (especially
editors!) in order to make a team happen, there are lots of others
looking to offer their talents and skills to teams that are already
registered. This is an enthusiastic, motivated group of people and they
want to meet you!
This year's Portland, Maine 48HFP is happening 8/15-8/17. There are
already 17 teams registered and time is growing short to catch the $135
discounted early bird registration fee. Don't miss your chance to be
part of the Portland 2008 48HFP.
Remember: you can't screen it if you don't enter. Register
today at http://www.48hourfilm.com/portland_maine
