Here is yet more of my ramblings, continuing from my previous post. So if
it doesn't make sense you may need to read my previous post (that however
doesn't guarantee it will make sense after doing so :)
I could sketch. I'm also thinking of making a mock up. But not this week.
Okay some links
This the fuedal company archers page
http://www.btinternet.com/~sirgeffrye/CHARACTERSINDEXPAGE.htm
its an index to there various people if you look at Lady Matilda de Braose
http://www.btinternet.com/~sirgeffrye/LADYMATILDAdeBRAOSE.htm
she has the triangular sleeve
another site
http://www.chimericalgirl.net/costume/costume/mygarb.htm
has an example of the sleeve and style also. Its the blue dress further
down the page and even further down the page is the lady wearing it
These aren't the best examples for the picture in my head but never mind
now with the sleeves, if you round the bottom point of the triangle
slightly and piece them as rectangular at the top and then the triangle
starting just above the elbow you might be able to get the Arwen sleeve
effect. The page with the blue dress has similar sort of piecing, however
it is slightly different to what I have in mind.
There are others but I can't find them this moment. I'll find them after
this week.
I'll also do some sketches and maybe a mockup in a week or so, so people
have an idea of what I'm blathering about because I'm betting that this is
as about as clear as mud. Of course this entirely my own opinion which will
probably change the minute we get more photos and the like And the minute
I've done a mockup.

Sure.
