When you look at the back of the dress, it looks like it has a train and it is
lighty pleated into the back to give it extra fullness. This is something that
is almost always done with regency style dresses. My regency dresses are done
this way.

With color correcting, these dresses could be one and the same.

Look at the neckline of her dress. It's embroidered.

Damn, I wanna know what they were talking about! Arwen looks sad and Elrond
doesn't look happy!

Perhaps these are scenes from Return of the King when she breaks the news to her
father that she is marrying Aragorn and staying with him in the mortal world?
