Since the EPA has reduced the sulpher to less than 15 parts per million,and we need this sulpher as lubricant in the injection pump it has become nessasary to use additives.The metering valve on stanadyne rotery pumps will wear and the engine will have trouble keeping speed steady.Once this has occurred the only remidie is rebuilding the pump. This is very costly, usually around 1,000 to 1,200 $
The solution is an additive made by Stanadyne called Preformance Plus.
We have found this to be an effictive preventative,and in some cases fix an already damaged pump. It is available from Regenerators or from a Stanadyne dealer, and is very cost effictive.
If any of you have experienced problems with algie in your fuel, let me know, We have a treatment for that as well.

and a qualified operator.

A list of all owners interested in renting their units would be very
helpful.

REMBERED. IT WILL DROP TO AROUND 170 AND START CLIMBING TO 180 AGAIN.
THIS WILL REPEAT UNTILL A LOAD IS PUT ON, AND EVENTUALLY WILL STAY OPEN.
AT FULL LOAD,IN 100 DEG. TEXAS HEAT IT SHULD MAX OUT AT AROUND 203,AND
FAULT{SHUT DOWN } AT 225. YOU WILL SEE A PRE-FAULT WARNING AT 215. BY
THAT TIME OVER TEMP IS EMINANT AND YOU NEED TO REDUCE LOAD !HOT SHUT

Way to go Brian, we're her in NC with your gear and happy. Thanks for
getting the 60k to Ft Pearce. It landed in Freeport today all in tact.
For your info there are 4 Burrells over there now.

Keep us in the loop. I would love to see a section where we all put in
info about things we discover as we use the units. This could turn
into a real neat troublshooting site.
