Dear WiS Attendees,

Don't forget that you need to make reservations in advance for the free shuttle to pick you up and to take you back to the airport.  The shuttle doesn't normally run on Sundays, so if anyone is going back to the airport on Sunday, it's imperative you call the hotel now, so they can schedule a driver.  (If anyone gives you a problem with booking the shuttle back on Sunday, please reference Weekend in Sherwood--it's in our contract that shuttle service will be provided on Sunday for attendees who need it)
